Hello all,
We’ve been taking a bit of time from gigging to record new tracks, and re-do some others getting them ready for release! Last week it was sunny drum Saturday with Bongo John, and not-as sunny bass Sunday with Philip, so they should be ready to rumble very soon! We’re looking forward to getting them out there, so I’ll keep you posted!
Ok, so we are going for the whole: write, record and produce an entire album within 1 month challenge…
Concept is finalised, song TITLES have been chosen (we got caught up in the excitment)… Now all that’s left is the actual songs…
We shall keep you posted on our progress!!
Rehearsals have been a-plenty and we are a go-go. Introducing the fantabulous Philip Quinn on bass, it really fills out the sound big time. Zipidee-doo-da. x
Can’t wait for my long awaited photoshoot with photographer Helen Warner tomorrow… The concept is very exciting, so as long as the rain doesn’t come down too heavily it should be a fab day!
Also, Russell and I will be busking on Saturday 20th Nov for the Christmas festivities (Lights and Markets)… We will be round Donegal Place, so if you see us stop for a little listen and have requests at the ready… And maybe a wee hot drink… Mines a latte… Thanks! 😉

More news: Auntie Annie’s ‘Halloween Hangover’ gig next Thursday night (4th Nov). It’s in aid of Children In Need, so would be great to see a big turnout.
Plus I am really really excited about the photo-shoot I will be having with Helen Warner next weekend, so keep a look out for the new shots.
